We Collect ZERO Data. Period.
AGYIS FileKeeper is designed from the ground up to be completely private and offline. Your documents, searches, and personal information never leave your device. We don't have servers to collect your data even if we wanted to.
What We Don't Collect
NONE. We do not collect, transmit, store, or process any user data on our servers.

How the App Works
All operations happen entirely on your Mac:
Document Indexing
Your files are scanned and indexed in a local database stored on your computer
AI Processing
The AI model (Phi-3.5 Mini) runs locally on your device — no cloud needed
Search Queries
All searches are performed locally against your local database
File Organization
Files are organized using local file system operations only
Data Storage Locations

All data stays on your Mac. We cannot access it, and it is never transmitted anywhere.
Internet Connectivity
AGYIS FileKeeper NEVER connects to the internet.

Your conversations with the AI assistant stay on your device, are not logged or transmitted, are stored only in local memory during the session, and are not persisted after you close the app.
File Access Permissions
The app requests access to:

Only folders you explicitly choose via Apple's standard file picker
📝 Read/Write Access
To index and organize your files. Requires your explicit permission for each folder.
Access is controlled by macOS security and can be revoked anytime in System Settings.
Data Security

The app does not integrate with:

The app uses standard open-source libraries: PyQt6, scikit-learn, llama.cpp, and SQLite — none of which transmit data in offline mode.
Children's Privacy
AGYIS FileKeeper is suitable for all ages (4+). Since we collect no data, there are no special considerations for children's privacy. Parents can safely let family members use the app knowing no data is collected.
Your Rights
Since we don't collect any data, there is no data to access, modify, or delete. There are no data portability concerns, nothing to opt out of, and no marketing communications.
If you want to remove all app data from your Mac:
- Delete the app from the Applications folder
- Delete
