My Family Vault is designed with a zero-knowledge, privacy-first architecture. We collect absolutely no data from you. All your information stays on your device, encrypted and completely under your control.
Our Philosophy
We believe that your family's most sensitive information deserves the highest level of privacy protection. That's why we built My Family Vault with a radical approach: we don't want your data.
Unlike most apps that collect, store, and monetize user data, My Family Vault operates entirely offline on your device. We have no servers, no accounts, no analytics, and no way to access your information—even if we wanted to.

Permissions We Request
We only request permissions essential for app functionality:
📷 Camera (Optional)
To take photos of documents for secure storage. Photos are encrypted immediately and never transmitted.
🖼️ Photo Library (Optional)
To import existing photos for document storage. Only accessed when you explicitly choose to import.
🔐 Face ID / Touch ID
For biometric authentication. Biometric data never leaves Apple's Secure Enclave.
📁 Files (Optional)
To import/export documents and backups.

Children's Privacy
My Family Vault does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13 years of age. The app is designed for adult use to manage family finances.
Your Rights
Since we don't collect any data, traditional data rights (access, deletion, portability) don't apply in the usual sense. However:
